These guys were the original creators of the big hit TV show NINJA TURTLES

BUDDHA PARTY

SAO PAULO is full of some real interesting people.

The rain wizard collects rain water and magical objects from the street to bring home to his castle.

Spent some time cruising around the 2nd largest city in the world, Land locked for a bit while we wait for the next swell. I started to understand Big city life and how the system works, The sad thing is for the most part it does not work. People are struggling to get by whilst others are eating caviar for lunch in there Mercedes Benz. Why would so many people want to live in one place? My grandpa always used to says " Different strokes for different folks" after 83years of looking at life, I am pretty sure he is correct.

Just finish having a session at a left wedge that reminded me of one of my favorite waves in the Caribbean. Dani buckled here board prior to this trip and we stopped in to one of the raddest shops I have seen in a while OFICINA DAS PRANCHAS to get it fixed. Its a shop that makes you feel right at home, the smell of resin, grommits running around everywhere, bro's talking story, and the power planer ripping out a new shape. The owner was stoked to show me around and was truly amped on board design, surfing, and experimenting with all sorts of wave riding craft. There are very few shops these days where you go in and the man behind the counter is truly high on riding waves and the culture it brings with it. Setup with UV lights and a team of frothing groms, they promise a 3 HR turnaround with small dings and cracks. Bang there it was ready for the next session and many more to come. THANKS VINICIUS............

My cleaned up head injury.. Scarfini fin straight to the head in some shore break.

Surfed some wedges on the JC Dominator and I was going Mach 10. The Brazilians are going crazy about this shape and so am I. Cruised with my girl from Sao Paulo straight to the coast where the Amazon meets the Atlantic. This place is like a mix of Panama, Hawaii, and the Caribbean all in one.

I saw this guys crawl out of a hole on the beach after a long session and wondered if I was hallucinating from so many barrels or some one had put something in my coconut water. What do you think?

Had a great session this year with all my brothers on the North shore. Flew in and went straight towards the west side with the LAND CREW.....Nick Christenson (Kohls Brother), And my long time pirate friend Dan Aitchison for some west side tubes at YOKES. What an eye opener.......After getting thrown over the falls... repetedly , I went back to Dustys Wailua Mud hobbit hut for some much needed rest.......Aloha
Recently I sailed to the Galapagos islands with a team of surfers, for an extended stay throughout the islands. Equipped with a vast quiver of boards, and the new at the  West Lotus wetsuit. I was ready for whatever the islands had in store. Sharky, slab waves and a constant changing ocean current always had me on my toes.
Modern day life  has provided us with all types of transportation advancements. I have chosen to keep it as simple as possible by getting around this wave ridden globe by means of sail. Here are some photos, Videos, and stories to get this whole thing underway.
